[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grants consultant services to identify, pursue, and secure external public and private grant funding for a number of important projects to the government authority located in Peru, NE.
- Work closely with agency and its foundation on a plan that provides grant support for the student center project and other initiatives.
- Provide a designated representative who is knowledgeable about all aspects of agency’s grant-seeking initiatives and is accessible by phone or email during regular working hours to address emergency or non-emergency issues posed by agency.
- Provide agency with access to expertise to effectively address all questions regarding grants, application processes, selection criteria, etc.
- Facilitate strong relationships between agency and potential granting agencies, including establishing meetings prior to proposal submissions during which agency representatives can talk with agency officials about project ideas and receive guidance regarding focus, writing, etc.
- Work with agency to maximize the likelihood of success for all grant applications.
- Provide for informational meetings, tutorials, workshops, and other opportunities for agency personnel to learn how to identify worthwhile projects, draft applications, develop budgets, etc.
- Work with agency personnel through all phases of the grant-application process.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2022.
