(1) Vendor needs to provide ITS campus server hosts service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Servers will be spread out to different University campus locations and configured as three separate VMware 2-node vSAN clusters.
- 5 years of hardware and software maintenance with 4-hour hardware part replacement. 24x7x365 phone support is required.
