[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide institutional television programming services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Contractor must provide all equipment, associated with installation of required equipment to obtain the television programing.
- Dedicated channel system must be capable of uploading content and messages.
- Contractor must provide at least two (2) dedicated channels at each facility.
- Contractor will maintain and service television and media content equipment.
- Television programing requests or changes must be requested to the contractor by the procurement officer or buyer or designee assigned to the contract.
- Each TV must be able to independently select channels from the authorized channel offerings.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 17th, 2022
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 27, 2022.
