[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vulnerability management software that has capabilities to do agent-based scanning, which can support up to 4000 endpoints and which can be expanded to OT environments later.
• Ability to support Authenticated Active and Un-authenticated active Scanning
• Ability to support passive scanning, on-demand, and scheduled scans
• Ability to scan up to 4000 unique assets.
• Support agent-based discovery, scanning and assessment.
• Report and Support to the cloud-based reports and dashboards.
• Ability to perform individual or isolated offline scanning
• Ability to correlate CVE’s
• Ability to customize weights to assess overall CVE threats specific to organization.
• Ability to create customize dashboards based on assets class, executive summary, tags, system admin reports
• Ability to integrate with major SIEM and GRC tools (Example: Splunk, Archer)
• Should be SaaS Provider, with vendor provided platform.
• Ability to deploy agents using configuration manager (SCCM) and satellite server
• correlate data to NIST, CIS framework
• Ability to do use real-time threat indicators based on potential impact, attack threat, and attack surface to classify the vulnerabilities on critical assets
• Ability to scan 3rd party cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
• Cyber asset management capability
• Ability to stagger scanning frequency and schedule
• VMWare Integration
• Ease of use and intuitive user interface.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
