[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide continuous network monitoring services for distributed control systems to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Continuous Network Monitoring solution including necessary sensor hardware to monitor plant industrial control system networks in real-time at local generation facilities. solution would utilize passive network scanning of Operating Technology (OT) to avoid operational impact while evaluating industrial control protocols.
- Solution must be capable of performing deep packet inspection of ICS protocols for security monitoring.
- Collect system log information from system hardware and security tools.
- Alarm for network topology changes from an established baseline.
- Provide networking support for the use of unidirectional communications including OWL data diodes or approved equivalent.
- Provide support services for minimum of one year following initial setup for project tuning.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 3, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
