[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional human captioning solution to conduct accessibility/screen-reader testing.
- Ability to access the professional/human captioning/transcription via a direct portal
- Ability to have video captioning and transcription with 99+% accuracy including 'discourse markers' i.e., grammar, punctuation, capitalization, etc.
- Ability to identify speaker within the captioning and transcript
- Ability to include audio description for pertinent background music or noise within the captioning and transcription.
- Ability to add things beyond just the spoken word
- Ability to ensure transcription and caption files have functionally equivalent meaning.
- Ability to integrate into and be recognized as an approved/supported integration by our current video content management solution
- Ability for each campus and individual departments within the University purchase their own minutes by subaccount.
- Ability to roll over unused minutes from period to period. - Ability to recognize different sub-account that triggered the request -- To be used to streamline request approvals and funding
- Ability to integrate with Microsoft stream & Zoom
- Ability to caption and transcript with 99%+ accuracy from various foreign languages and into various foreign languages
- Video is an important tool to leverage in digital education, due to its ability to empower purposeful student-instructor interaction, connecting physically distant and/or disparate audiences.
- solution must be supported as an integration within the video content management solution (YuJa) providing a seamless process for providing accessible video in a timely manner.
- video capture, machine captioning, editing of both video and captioning, as well as posting of videos will be done via the video content management solution.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
