[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale software platform that is cloud-based to be used at the 5 city golf courses.
- The cloud-based system shall include tee sheet, inventory, online web booking, and an online store. data needs to be shared across all locations
- The contractor shall either support and integrate with the city’s existing hardware equipment or propose new equipment that will integrate with the proposed software to ensure the most cost-effective option
- Contractor shall provide access to a fully functional test environment of proposed software for testing prior to “go live” date
- Contractor shall operate an electronic merchant card processing system that will provide prompt authorizations and must be able to deliver collected funds to the city’s accounts
- Point of sale system should be fully integrated with every other module
- Ability to email or text customer directly from the tee sheet and search by the players name, phone, email, etc
- Ability for customers to purchase items through online store.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 11, 2022.
(3) The term of contract will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
