[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide off-the-shelf solution motor carrier services information system for administration, regulatory compliance, collection and distribution of fees and taxes, auditing, and related functions for the commercial trucking industry.
- Used to design and maintain forms overlays, which in turn are used to create formatted reports, statements, letters, etc. The system currently contains 65 different overlays.
- Used to fax reports, statements, documents to our customers.
- File compression and expansion software.
- Scans files uploaded to the system for viruses.
- Accessed via a web service call to the VicToRy system, this software is used to validate VINs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2022.
(3) A mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on September 29, 2022.
(4) A notification of intent to submit a proposal will be due on October 14, 2022.
(5) Contract term will be seven years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
