[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director services to the government authority located in Columbus, NE.
- Review physical examinations and test results, upon request, to confirm that all elements have been performed and considered in the final determination
- Review medical records and related non-medical records such as job descriptions, essential functions, etc. as it pertains to making fitness for duty determinations, work status assessments, and other related health-based determinations
- Provide written reports as needed on a case-by-case basis
- Provide consultation in regard to workers’ compensation program claims determination (i.e., causation, work-relatedness, nature, and extent of disability, work status, maximum medical improvement, etc.) as needed.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2022.
