(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll, time and attendance management software and implementation services. - Project Documentation and Demonstrations - Conduct module demonstration, team orientation and design workshops covering scope, needs, functional assessment and configurations. - Provide documentation including but not limited to, scoping documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. - Project communications shall mainly be provided through the use of microsoft teams meetings and progress report updates to be determined by the project team. - Project status reports - Schedule updates, including project milestones and deliverables completed and forecasted milestone and deliverable completions - Report on the escalation of and resolution of current open project issues - Report on any new issues including the plan to resolve the open item - Provide an integrated solution between the district's existing successfactors implemented modules and employee central payroll and workforce solutions time and attendance and protected leave modules. - Platform and people profile - Employee central - Goals and performance management - Recruiting - Succession management and career development - Benefit focus - Compensation - Test environments - Implementation shall include three system clients test, development and production. - Implementation shall include two iterations of testing plus user acceptance testing prior to production release functional unit testing, system integration testing and user acceptance testing. - Provide training and knowledge transfer as required for key personnel as identified by the district. - Utilizing two company codes within the same chart of accounts - Include approximately 400 pre-defined wage types - Develop business rules to support automated calculations - Configure three payroll areas within defined payroll periods--one payroll area is for active employees, the second payroll area is for retirees, third is for non-payroll-relevant personnel (contractor's employees) - Allow for multiple pay frequencies including monthly, or semi-monthly - Allow for factoring and partial period calculations - Include standard calculations on rates of pay, including hourly and daily - Time sheets including negative timesheets, (retroactive timesheet changes and automated retroactive pay recalculations) - Support for local bank file format - Postings to finance and single chart of accounts - Support for employment terminations - Enablement and configuration of the payroll control center assume 5 processes included in the including pre-payrun, pay run, pay slips, electronic funds transfer, finance posting - Configure up to 5 pre-payrun and payrun policies - Enable off-cycle payments - Configuration of earnings and deductions wage type matrix - Enable integration to taxfactory - Refactoring of employee central employee profile - Allow for direct deposit - W-4 withholdings - W-2 online enrollment - Electronic display of pay slip - USA Localizations - Enable compliance with local tax rules - Configure to allow excess group term life insurance - Configure to support the fair labor standards act - Configure to enable garnishments - Use basic functionality for overpayment recovery and support of additional - Data migration scope - Perform data conversion and migration of legacy data from S/4HANAinto employee central payroll - Provide Payroll migration templates, mapping templates, extraction support, cleansing and mapping, and final loading (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2023.
