(1) Vendor needs to provide exhibit development and project management service include but not limited to enhance, develop, design, implement and provide creative exhibits.
- Exhibit banner graphics or hardware and related exterior and interior signage and graphics to include production, fabrication, installation, photography, shipping, and other expenses related to the design and implementation of these materials.
1. Project Management
- Overall coordination and management of the responsibilities
- Meetings and conferences with university staff (not including the content development responsibilities
- Coordination of all aspects of exhibits
- Oversight of production quality and compliance with specifications for the exhibits
- Project management that ensures timely delivery and installation of exhibit components
- Participation in discussions related to the use of the exterior space on the grounds
- Oversight of installation of exhibit components
- Timely payment to subcontractors upon receipt of payment
2. Content Development
- Concept, content and design for banners (each different) that are used as backdrops for the inside booth areas
- Concept, content and design for the adhesive floor graphic
- Free-standing banner supporting the display at the center of the building
- Development, concept and graphics and artwork for the overarching annual theme for each year's show
- Additional interior signage as required
- Such as the branded and informational signage used at the counter level at each booth
- T-shirt design featuring the annual theme
- Handout brochure
- Provides additional contact information and content
- Exterior signage
- Including large theme image on the west door of the building,
- Corner theme signage on the fence on the lot to the east of the building
- Overhead theme signage on the "archway" entrance to the east outdoor lot
- Additional graphics and marketing support as may be required.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
