(1) Vendor needs to provide radio installation services to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- 2-way new or refurbished mobile radios in maintenance vehicles or equipment.
- Radios will be installed in large trucks, pickups, graders, loaders, and other
specialized vehicles and equipment. Radios installed in large trucks have remote mount control heads, and other radios may be a dash
mount type.
- New or refurbished two-way radios and cable
- Motorola antennas
- Mounting bracket
- Hump mount consoles
- Fuse plug tapping adaptors for connection to fuse blocks
- Heated shop bays where installations will be performed
- Inspection of all installations
- Miscellaneous materials to include, but is not limited to: screws, ties, sealers, etc.
- Tools, instruments, and equipment needed to perform the installation
- Travel to and from the installation location, including lodging if needed
- Removal of installation debris from vehicles
- Prompt rework of any noncompliance with the standard procedure
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023
(3) The contract will be two years.
