(1) Vendor needs to provide point of sale system for the purchase of hardware and software and for leasing.
- To design, coordinate, supply, install and test the complete point of sale system for the project in accordance with the terms
- Customer thermal receipt printer that does not require separate power.
- Cash drawer that does not require separate power.
- Payment device that provides acceptance of swipe, emv dip, contactless emv and nfc mobile wallets including apple pay, google pay, etc...
- Code barcode scanner that does not require separate power.
- Rear-facing customer display that does not require separate power.
- Ethernet and wifi connection options and can switch the connectivity profiles with ease.
- Magnetic card readers must be able to support third party gift cards, loyalty cards, etc.
- Point of sale system must automatically batch and settle credit cards at the end of the night with no human interaction.
- Sales information must be accessible from any device with an internet browser and internet access including mobile devices and tablets.
- Administrative site must be accessible via any web browser through any device with access to the Internet and proper log-ins.
- System must have easy to manage inventory system that includes warehouses, purchasing, receiving, stock items, transfers, recipes and stand sheets.
- System must have the ability to view inventory status levels by stand and location at any given time and set par levels that are used to restock inventory.
- The system must be able to view current sales, top sellers, transaction volume and key data through a dashboard interface.
- Fixed point-of-sale devices must have the ability to switch between traditional cashier workflows and customer self-service workflows in less than 60 seconds by selecting a different application on the device
- Platform must have an integration to venuetize or equivalent for mobile ordering functionality.
- Platform must have a direct integration with ticket master to provide support for stored value ticketing and the application of unique promotions without requiring a 3rd party.
- Must have the capability to provide a real-time data feed to client provided endpoints that includes detailed transaction and check detail information.
- Must have a suite online pre-order portal where suite holders can place suite event orders for upcoming events. The online pre-order portal must be hosted by the provider and must not require any servers or service host machines on premise.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 3, 2023
(3) The contract will be five years.
