(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search firms services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Prequalify a pool of executive search firms to assist with recruitment efforts for difficult to fill positions, including executive non-classified positions, physicians, and advanced practice providers after internal recruitment efforts have been exhausted.
- The search firms will support agency in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Provide permanent search and recruitment services for executive positions, physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Screen potential candidates telephonically to determine level of interest and compatibility with opportunity.
- Request and provide reference information on candidates.
- Properly vet candidates to include:
- Verifying all licensures, degrees, certifications, etc.
- Verify proper education
- Verify work experience
- Background checks including social media activity
- Reference checks
- Refer any qualified and interested candidate to agency for review
- Virtually interview candidate prior to their visit and interview with agency
- Arrange a complete travel and accommodation itinerary for candidate and spouse for interviews with agency.
- Any reasonable travel expenses will follow agency travel policy and will be reimbursed to the candidate by agency.
- Liaison on behalf of agency in negotiating a mutual work agreement if requested by agency contract manager or their designee.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 29, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
