(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary clerical staffing service to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- Obtain, document, and update demographic information including name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth, income and other data as required. Using applicant's information, determine eligibility to enrol or participate in program.
- Prepare participant's chart and electronic record for clinic use. Monitor client's chart for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform receptionist duties by courteously greeting and directing visitors and answering and directing telephone calls.
- Establish, update and maintain filing system of client records and program information.
- Schedule appointments for clients following program guidelines, place appointment reminder calls and conduct follow up on clients who failed to keep scheduled appointments using program guidelines.
- Maintain daily log of clinic activities (i.e., number of visits, failed appointments) and other documentation. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of supplies including but not limited to required patient forms and educational materials.
- Following applicable program guidelines, prepare and file certification forms, consent forms and program materials such as food vouchers receipts.
- Operate standard office equipment in the performance of job duties, (i.e., copier, personal computer, calculator, multi-line telephone system, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain various records, reports, correspondence and other departmental documents.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 27, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
