Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence inspection services to support uncrewed aircraft system infrastructure inspection to the government authority located in Columbus, NE. - Provide the software, training, data, updates, and all services pertaining to AI based inspections as required to support the district with performing inspections of the infrastructure at various district locations. - Provision a system which provides the following: • A single view of all issues by issue type from the user interface dashboard. • The ability to create defect reports directly from the platform. • To view the planned inspection grid which has been inspected and has yet to be inspected directly from the platform. • To utilize quick response (QR) enabled geo-locations of structures. • To create 2d mapping. • To categorize assets. • To detect defects and assign severity levels to those defects. • To work with all data collection assets (drone, helicopter, ground patrol, etc.) - Shall have a cloud-based solution. - Ability to import grid and pole locations. - Ability to assign internal naming convention to structures. - Able to display vegetation management in a 3d environment - Ability to process all forms of data including RGB, Lidar, and Thermal. - be able to handle any number of pictures supplied to them with no limitations on data such as a maximum number of pictures per structure. - Provision a system to mask background or personal information in pictures such that could compromise the privacy and security of the DISTRICT and/or private individuals. Examples of this include identifiable landmarks, license plates, etc.
