(1) Vendor needs to provide targeted advertising services.
- The primary type of service being requested is advertising capabilities in four advertising spaces: Facebook, Instagram, Google, and You Tube. Any contractor able to meet the service requirements must have been granted a ghost URL by For March Group to ensure there are no META blackouts, lapse in 24-hour coverage or the ability to forward lead contact information after submission to the page.
- Supply all digital artwork and the target demographics for each platform.
- The artwork supplied will be digital static pages and approved 15 second videos. The contractor will provide the creative strategy for approval on each platform, report weekly on deliverable, and will participate in a monthly call and recap report.
