Vendor needs to provide executive search and recruitment services to the government authority located in La Vista, NE.
- Provide timely, high quality executive recruitment
- Engage in a robust engagement process to evaluate the current needs and expectations for the Chief of Police/Director of Public Safety from a variety of stakeholders, including: the City Administrator, Organizational Leadership Team
- Review and provide recommendations for revisions to the job description for the position as appropriate
- Develop a candidate profile that outlines the specific areas of technical expertise, management experience
- Review and screen candidates with the goal of understanding candidates' professional experience,
leadership and management style, and motivation for pursuing the opportunity.
- Recommend and coordinate processes to effectively evaluate skills and leadership abilities of
candidates.
- Assist the City Administrator in making determinations regarding the inclusion of administrative
assessment, psychological testing, a public involvement/input component, community tour.
