(1) Vendor needs to provide online diagnostic and progress monitoring tool. – Online Diagnostic and Progress Monitoring Tool with digital access for students who receive special education services in Grades K–12.– Provide diagnostic information that identifies where a student is performing compared to grade level peers as well as lessons that are personalized to assist teachers to deliver targeted instruction.– The evaluation committee will choose the Firm or Firms whose Platform will be further reviewed. Following further review, the District will negotiate with the selected Firm or Firms for the price for acquisition of the Platform.– The Board will make the final decision as to which Firm or Firms will supply the Platform.– Baseline and present level data with recommendations provided for Specially Designed Instruction based on data collected.– Progress monitoring and tracking functionality that allows both students and staff to monitor student progress.– Ability to share data and progress across teachers and/or schools as students are mobile.– Tools and resources to address learning gaps.– Evidenced–based approaches, strategies, and resources to assist learners in accessing grade level content.– Supplemental math, reading, and writing resources (and other subject areas as available) to be used for progress monitoring and support of identified skill gaps.– The platform must incorporate research–based best practices, strategies, and resources so that all learners can access grade–level content.– The platform should monitor students' advancement towards their objectives and keep track of the dates when activities contributing to that progress are completed.– The platform should incorporate a feature that allows teachers to access reports on students' task and lesson completions.– Platform must be fully functional on the Apple iPad and other cellular devices (varieties of models and iOS versions) and any limitations should be expressly noted.– Platform should be fully functional and operational on multiple operating systems, including in Windows, Mac, or any other type of environment. Platform also needs to be able to function in a mobile environment supportive of iOS/iPad technology.– Must be able to use Clever for SSO and Rostering.– System is hosted by the Firm in a cloud or Software –as–a–Service (SaaS) environment. Please indicate cloud or SaaS.– System includes a web–based public interface that is accessible by a variety of modern browsers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 11, 2024. (3) The contract term will be one year.
