(1) Vendor needs to provide diagnostic examination of the professional record system service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– The diagnostic will assess the current state of the Professional Record System and will serve as a foundation for future enhancements and possible expansion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.• Stakeholder Identification and Analysis:– Identify and document key stakeholders for the system.– Conduct interviews and surveys to understand their roles, expectations, and specific requirements.• Current System Assessment:– Review the existing NECPRS system to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.– Analyze user feedback and historical performance data to inform enhancement priorities.• Functional Requirements Gathering:– Collaborate with end–users, administrators, and other stakeholders to elicit detailed functional requirements for the expanded NECPRS.– Document user stories, use cases, and scenarios to capture specific system functionalities needed for various roles.• Non–Functional Requirements:– Identify and document non–functional requirements, including performance, security, scalability, and usability criteria.– Determine any regulatory or compliance requirements that must be considered in the system expansion.• Integration Requirements:– Assess the need for integrations with other systems or external services.– Identify data exchange and interoperability requirements to ensure seamless communication.• Reporting and Analytics Requirements:– Work with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs for monitoring system performance and tracking key metrics.– Identify specific data points and reporting formats required for different user roles.• User Training and Support:– Identify training needs for end–users and administrators related to the expanded functionalities.– Develop a plan for ongoing user support and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.• Documentation and Reporting:– Document all gathered business requirements in a clear and organized manner.– Provide a summary report outlining key findings, prioritized requirements, and any identified dependencies.(2) All the questions submitted no later than April 3, 2024.
