The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of small business concerns, including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). This information will be used to develop an acquisition strategy for possible disposition and salvaging services of a KC–135E aircraft.The Nebraska Air National Guard intends to remove the vertical stabilizer, aircraft boom, and small miscellaneous components prior to contractor disposition.
