(1) Vendor needs to provide employee engagement software program. – To provide employee engagement software with an emphasis in recognition, rewards, community and connection.– To provide all existing employees access to an online program supporting the following subject matters:o Community & Connection• Relationship building.• Cross–departmental interaction and collaboration.o Recognition & Rewards• Peer–to–peer and supervisor–to–employee.• Flexibility in rewards including agency –specific items.• Incorporation of agency mission and goals.o be available as a native mobile application as well as a browser–based application;o be able to provide recognitions both publicly and privately;o be able to support service awards, birthdays, customizable awards and wellness initiatives;o tie into agency company values;o support rich text, document attachments, emojis, and video content for recognitions and allow people to comment on recognitions;o not include markups to rewards and/or points/dollars used for rewards;o refund unused rewards should an employee leave the company;o allow users to connect to each other through common interest groups;o allow dashboards and reports to be customized;o be able to export information for use in other systems;o provide a standardized satisfaction survey that can be programmed;o allow for customized surveys;o allow for automated incoming data from agency system;(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 3, 2024. (3) The contract period will be three years.
