(1) Vendor needs to provide community violence intervention training and technical assistance services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.– Proposals from a Training and Technical Assistance consultant to provide a tailored training program in Community Violence Intervention.– Qualified vendors must describe their ability to facilitate a Strategic Planning Meeting with the Working Group and Stakeholders.– Qualified vendors must outline the timelines for services and demonstrate their capacity to provide services within the timeline. Timelines should include; Pre–Meeting Preparation, Strategic Planning Meeting, Summary Report, CVI Certification Training, and Community Awareness Training.– Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue virtual or in–person, and technology.– Lead the strategic planning meeting with the CVI Working Group and relevant stakeholders.– Guide the group in brainstorming potential training topics, methodologies, and delivery formats.– Facilitate consensus–building and decision–making processes to establish clear goals and outcomes for the tailored training program.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
