(1) Vendor needs to provide para transit scheduling software system.– On–demand and paratransit scheduling software for the purpose of gathering information for on–demand and paratransit scheduling software.– Replace on–demand and paratransit scheduling software.– Current on–demand and paratransit scheduling software:– Start ran currently uses spare as a paratransit and on–demand scheduling and dispatching platform. – On–demand riders use the vanlnk app to request and schedule rides on spare’s Api platform.– drivers use an application on startran–owned ipads.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 04, 2024
