(1) Vendor needs to provide exclusive pouring rights services.– Superior revenue package that recognizes value in the potential of a prosperous future in, and the goodwill inherent with, an association with those who consider themselves part of the community.– Exclusive rights to dispense fountain beverages, and to sell and promote the sale of chilled beverages through vending machines on the properties.– Beverage products purchased for resale and certain on–campus third party vendors.– Maximize revenues and other benefits.– Control costs and its community of beverage consumers.– Provide quality beverage for students, visitors, and employees.– Establish a strong operational structure, efficiencies, and other best business practices to the beverage machines, C–store, and pouring operations.– Such a marketing plan should clearly propose innovative and effective distribution, merchandising and marketing opportunities to serve the needs of the entire enterprise; promote the sale of a world–class brand.– Implement state–of– the–art response to the consumers’ evolving product and distribution demands; and support existing and future modes of distribution to the community of customers.– Proposals to support existing beverage sales and modes of distribution, proposals should specifically address a vision for future operations, describing opportunities and strategies to improve sales, distribution, or other related operations relative to present experience.
