(1) Vendor needs to provide competitive and reasonable cost, professional consulting services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– The Contractor will assist the Commission in considering any issue arising from the regulation of natural gas public utilities, including but not limited to rate case proceedings, gas cost reviews, Commission investigations, rulemaking proceedings, complaints, appeals, and miscellaneous applications. In performing any duties, the Contractor will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, protective orders, Commission orders, and other orders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for three years.
