(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering service for answer Solid Waste Hotline during certain hours.– The successful bidder will answer the telephone, log the phone calls.– The number of calls received outside of normal operating hours ranges from 1 to 10 calls per hour during a typical month.– The successful bidder must be able to handle up to 50 calls per hour under normal circumstances with no increase in cost.– Upon answering the phone, the following information must be recorded.– The logbook must be clear, concise, and accurate. The City shall require the answering service to summarize the log and email it by 6:00 am and 8:00 am at the beginning of every normal work day.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
