(1) Vendor needs to provide general plumbing services to the government authority located in Papillion, NE.– Plumbing Services includes but is not limited to the materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement.– Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, fittings, domestic hot water heaters and generation equipment, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary systems and any other associated plumbing.– Plumbing Services includes response to service requests as well as emergency response for related plumbing needs.– The contractor shall have proper safety devices maintained at all times while in use.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2024.
