(1) Vendor needs to provide peer support–substance use services to the government authority located in Nebraska.– Statutory responsibility for organizing and supervising comprehensive mental health and substance use services in the 6–service area.– Provision of Peer Support–Substance Use services facilitates recovery as the person served defines it.– Designed to assist individuals and families in initiating and maintaining the process of recovery and resiliency to improve quality of life, increase resiliency, and promote health and wellness.– Services facilitate effective system navigation, empowerment, hope, resiliency, voice and choice, and system of care values. service can be provided to individuals and families in individual and group settings.– Individual is enrolled in active behavioral health services.– Meet the clinical criteria have a substance use disorder or co–occurring serious mental illness.
