(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities services to the government authority located in NE. – Providing comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services for the renovation of the new Facilities Services building.• Mechanical Services: Installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure optimal indoor air quality and comfort.• Electrical Services: Implementation of electrical infrastructure, including lighting and power distribution systems to meet current and future demands.• Plumbing Services: Completion of above ground plumbing systems, focusing on water supply, drainage, piping, and fixtures to support the facility's operational requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2024 (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 08, 2024.
