Project Description: The Corps of Engineers has a requirement for replacement of the Missouri River Project Administration Building Asphalt Roof system and associated features. The building is a single–story that was originally constructed in 2005 and needs a new roof due to the buildings age and recent high wind and storm events. High winds lifted portions of the original existing roof and metal flashing was blown off at the peak of the east side of the building. The work of this contract is to replace the entire existing building asphalt roof system and associated features at the Corps of Engineers Missouri River Project Administration Building.Solicitation and Drawings are listed below.
