(1) Vendor needs to provide certified court reporter services.– Transcripts shall be on paper which is 8½ × 11 inches in size, includes numbered lines and pages, reflects the dates the transcriptions were taken, records the testimony in question and answer format, includes an index, and records which party called the witness and whether the witness is providing testimony as part of direct examination, cross–examination or some other form of examination.– The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervision to perform the court reporting services.(2) Total Small Business Set–Aside.
