This requirement is for purchase of one (1) trailer–mounted, twin axle, sealcoat spray systemdesigned to apply asphalt pavement sealer. 55 CES is responsible for maintaining more than10,000 SQ FT of asphalt on Offutt AFB and currently must contract out all asphalt sealing.Acquiring the Asphalt Sealer is vital to maintaining paved surfaces on Offutt AFB.
