Special Notice. 55 CONS plans to award this requirement as a sole source requirement due to the propreitary equipment and software that is required for the maintnenace of the Air Field Lighting and Control System.Contractors must Provide the parts, installation, programming, and troubleshooting to perform FAA mandated preventive maintenance on Airport Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS). Update graphics to new airfield location and program a future switch to control new East gate signal. Project includes, but is not limited to, the following work elements.
