(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE. – Trash and debris must be removed from the floors daily.– This includes carpeted floors and non–carpeted floors; public seating areas, staff areas, meeting rooms, offices, entryways, hallways, stairways, etc.– Clean all restrooms thoroughly, to include:– Wet mop Ceramic Tile floors with disinfectant, leaving no residues.– Clean sinks and countertops in all work areas.– Wash/wipe clean table tops and countertops in staff lounge, work and kitchen areas.– Dust all furniture and counters in public areas, including desks, tables, catalogs, filing cabinets, etc.– Spot clean walls in high traffic areas, especially around switch plates, elevator plates, etc.– High dust door frames and other moldings and casings, and all mini blinds, window sills and window frames throughout the facility so that dust does not accumulate.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2024 (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 09, 2024. (4) The contract period will be for one year.
