(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic facilities service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.– Providing industry–leading quality of service, food, and presentation, all while effectively maximizing food concession opportunities to increase revenues by developing strategies.– Primarily manage and operate food and beverage operations.– Managing inventory or food storage, staffing all necessary events, and providing regular detailed financial analyses of operations.– Provide concession services to other events hosted within the athletic venues.– Provide detailed information on any new or creative product offerings, equipment upgrades, facility upgrades, or service plans that are being proposed to enhance the fan experience.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2024
