[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inmate calls answering services including holidays.
(2) Approximate historical call Volume was 6,626,496 calls for fix months.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visits will be held on August 25, August 26, August 27 and August 28, 2015.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
