(1) Vendor needs to provide vital records management system.– System will replace and update the current Vital Records Management System and will provide a means for Vital Records staff to maintain vital event data and allow external users such as hospitals, clinics, funeral directors, physicians, county attorneys, county coroners, and local county registrars to enter and retrieve data associated with the registration of birth, death, marriage, dissolution of marriage, fetal death, and induced termination of pregnancy (ITOP) events. As such, the proposed system must concurrently provide order management and allow specified users to print certified copies of certificates.– The system must not require the purchase of any additional proprietary applications.– The system must support multiple environments, specifically, System Integration Testing (SIT), User – Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training, Development, and Production.– The system should be configurable to present module fields in the order listed on its corresponding form.– The system must have images be seamlessly accessible within the application.– The system should provide a managed print function. – The system should capture an audit log when the print function is used. – The system must have the ability to complete a data conversion of all existing data, including images and files.– The system must have real–time processing of data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 12, 2024.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
