The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE is seeking potential sources to provide replacement of the degraded and obsolete Excel 5000 series controllers at B583, which are at their end of service life, and full programming of those replacements, including graphics. The controller series is obsolete and replacement parts are no longer being manufactured, which causes extreme delay times and often emergent upgrades for repairs.
