Vendor needs to provide mission planning software.– Capability to plan and avoid designated countries and other designated areas in order to accommodate approved diplomatic clearance restrictions.– Capability to plan for in flight orbits, delays and holding.– Capability for customer and dispatch provider to access mission planning engine through secure on–line login.– Dispatcher rerunning of any flight plan to meet customer’s needs.– Retain capability to adjust flight planning products via an online web portal according to customers mission accomplishment needs, i.e. requested adjustments to the format of the flight itinerary.– Capability to toggle between GAT and OAT filing formats.
