(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency shelter and day center service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – Providers regarding the operation, design, and potential partnerships for a low demand shelter and day center to serve persons experiencing homelessness.– To low–demand, low–barrier, high–expectation shelters in alignment with trauma informed, client–centered principles and that are housing–focused.– To identify providers that can meet the emergency shelter and homeless day center needs of the community, minimize barriers to entry, and address the needs of individuals who may be reluctant or unable to engage with our community’s current array of shelters.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 22, 2025.
