(1) Vendor needs to provide professional digital project delivery implementation services to the government authority located in Nebraska.– Services of a Digital Delivery Consultant as the owner's strategic advisor and implementer of Digital Delivery processes and tools, in collaboration with our industry partners.– To provide expertise in the areas of program implementation, development resources, project management, and support services for the planning and implementation of the State’s Digital Project Delivery Program.– Program Administrative support:– To provide proposed strategies aligned with vision and goals.– Develop reports on findings and provide recommendations to the States Digital Delivery Manager.– Digital Delivery technical services:– Business analysis to determine requirements for digital delivery data and processes.– Develop process and data flow diagrams.– Support construction inspection staff using digital data for building and inspecting projects.– GIS Development and support:– Develop tools for data translation and integration of CAD/GIS for Digital Delivery.– Video training development. – Software evaluation:– Support Piloting Digital Delivery software as specified by the agency and provide detailed reports.– Communication plan support:– Development of information and materials on the states Digital Delivery website.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5,2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
