(1) Vendor needs to provide application maintenance services for sap successfactors.• Overseeing contract management, change control and support activity reviews.• Providing regular updates on work in progress, possible solutions, and workarounds.• Escalating non–defect issues as needed.• Managing onboarding activities, including ticketing instance creation, user creation, and knowledge transfer.• Investigate and resolve reported non–defect issues related to system functionality.• Provide necessary maintenance, updates, and support for the configured software.• Assess the impact of requested system changes and advise on implications.(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 18, 2025.(3) A contract term will be for three years.
