(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Papillion, NE.– For the selection of a contractor for remodel services.– Project intent is a remodel of the upper floor office spaces and supporting equipment into a modern communications center and emergency communications office space.– Responsible for obtaining all permits for the project.– Project includes: participation in the construction manager at risk process, estimating at schematic design, establishment of the design development and solicitation of competitive bids of construction documents, permitting, exploratory demolition, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior remodeling, and other work as defined in the plans.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16 ,2025.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on May 13, 2025.
