(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce compliance service to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE• Policy Development– Develop and update local and regional policies to comply with Federal and State regulations; advise the agency and the Administrator on policy implications in meeting performance standards; provide training and technical assistance to the American Job Center service delivery team on policy implications in developing operational procedures.• Data Collection & Training– Develop and conduct technical assistance user training in data collection procedures and documentation requirements, enforcing the integrity and timeliness of required data entry.– Works with computers and specialized software programs.– The Contractor will access Networks through a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN).– The Contractor will support the development of local board policies in compliance with federal and state regulations.– Includes monitoring service providers for proper implementation of policies and evaluating local area performance using data from Nebraska Department of Labor systems, including Networks and Enterprise Content Management (ECM).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than 5 May 2025(3) The contract period will be for one year.
