(1) Vendor needs to provide fare collection system. – to replace agency’s aging fare collection/sales system with a modern, state–of–the–art Fare Collection System (FCS) for both fixed route and paratransit services and to provide support, additional equipment, services, and maintenance on an as–needed basis throughout the useful life of the system.– Demonstrate success with implementing a secure, user–friendly Fare Collection System (FCS) for a public transit system.– Customers are able to purchase multiple fare products at once. – FCS Mobile App allows for the use of agency–specific branding.– FCS shall not include any locking fixtures that are not equipped with one or more high security locks to retain equipment.– All electronic tickets in have anti–tampering features to prevent fraud, fare evasions and fare misuse, including means to prevent the electronic fare copied from another phone.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2025.
