(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based energy efficiency incentive program data and administrative
system including common browser applications that provide secure, password protected access to multiple utility staff members, trade allies, customer self-installers and other designated users, access to multiple utility staff members, trade allies, customer self-installers and other designated users, ability to create, edit and copy individual measure level work flow processes or data fields, projects and associated project uploaded documentation access to via mobile devices laptops, tablets and smart phones.
(2) All Questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
