[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide orthotics and prosthetic services based on the medical needs of the population and referred by attending medical provider including appointment to see specific inmate, patient travel orders for visits outside of the facility, fittings and exams performed facilities will be done for no extra charge, correctional services, etc.to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
(2) All question must be submitted nom letter then March 9, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
