(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile application based automated golf marketing program services to help drive golfer loyalty, increase repeat course business, and offer golfers special incentives for Playing golf courses, program must also be able to provide email and social network integration marketing tools, along with being capable of providing quantitative information and reports on the program effectiveness.
