(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical consultant services for determination of clinical findings and review and approval of corrective action plans, review all corrective action plans, provide advice and consultation to subrecipient sites, prepare, develop and present educational material and programming as needed based on clinical needs observed during site visits and through the annual training needs assessment, develop strategies and take advantage of opportunities, etc. to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
